This place had a lot to offer as teaching you how to effectively rebuild laptops and learn computer systems. I was able to figure out and diagnose laptops quickly and now I can tell what a problem is with a computer with a couple minutes of looking at it. If you are looking for a decent job and do not mind working some overtime or Saturdays occasionally then it isn't too bad. However, if you do not meet your production quota you have to stay until you hit the hour cap or meet the goal.

The pay is low. They will pay a technician the standard rate of $11-13/hr. Also if you are a temp they are paying the staffing company about an extra $5 an hour on top of that. Which means that instead of paying the temp company they could just hire people on and they would be able to find more talent and better candidates for the job. The business would still be profitable as well. The room for advancement is difficult seeing how most of the people in upper management are younger. Also the raises are low, company does not give a cost of living increase normally.
