The company has a solid reputation and some good experts. / Job security / Solid bid team / If you're lucky enough to land in a project where there's a team : you can learn a lot from skilled, motivated and motivating persons. / Events: parties, sport initiatives...
Cons
No technical training, very limited career opportunity for juniors. Old style of management, huge inertia. The company somehow became the slave of it's mother company : very small margin of decision left to the TPZ-Vega DE from what I could see. Turnover is surging in this company and that's quite sad to see good elements leaving.
