      CTO - micromanaging, manupulative, unreliable, intimidating. With a history of promoting/demoting developers as appropriate to retain control. This maintains a... Culture of distrust - back-channel politics and back-stabbing is the norm CEO - didn't seem to have a problem with any of the above team bonds - it's hard to make any because of sky high staff turnover

      They believe in teamwork and investing with training for all of their employees. Very caring company of its employees as well.

      After being there for almost 7 months, all I want to do is continue working there.

      One of the horrible places to work. Most of them are racists and have no respect. Absolutely no future.
