Telwares has turned a page and exited the fractured expense management business; the company has a clear focus on helping clients navigate technology transformation while maintaining what has been our core business - helping client reduce costs. It has always been a very solid company, who had lost it's way a bit while muddling through the TEM space, however it redirected its focus a few years ago and continues gain momentum each day.

Work life balance is tough, however in this industry you have to run hard to stay ahead of the pack!

Constant shifting of workload/structure - boredom is not a problem Relatively tight knit Operational group Monthly operations cycle, provides relief to some chaos at times Some great Directors in place (Operations) Lots of opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals

Trying to find its identity after several mergers, constant restructures Low wages for much of the operational staff (comparitively) Transparency and honesty with customers is not a virtue
