Pros
Although there were times of stress when communication fell through, I felt I worked with a great team and Manager. Even when things got tough, I had the support to get even the most difficult task done.
Cons
One of the main things I would have liked to see while I worked there was appropriate compensation and employee appreciation incentives. I felt there could have been more effort to make the most hard-working employees feel seen and heard for all the work they put in.
