Pros

Nice peer colleagues and clothes allowance.

Cons

• Instances of bullying, mobbing, and verbally disrespectful and not professional behaviour, creating a hostile and toxic working environment. Senior leaders always speak openly badly about other employees and other senior leaders. • Individuals exhibiting such behaviours appear to be protected even when formally reported, with no visible consequences • HR is unfortunately powerless in addressing serious behavioural issues, with no possibility to take action • Lack of psychological safety: employees may feel unable to raise concerns or challenge inappropriate behaviour • No flexibility in working approach: strict expectation to be in the office 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, regardless of circumstances • This makes it extremely difficult to manage personal situations (e.g. illness, sick children, or caregiving responsibilities), often leaving employees with the choice of unpaid leave or attending the office regardless • Office environment is poor, with insufficient workspace and inadequate facilities for the number of employees when everyone is there • Compensation is below industry standards, with no meaningful benefits package • Basic tools are not provided: some employees are not given company laptops, which is highly unusual and unprofessional • Very limited autonomy at senior level, with a highly controlling management approach. Micromanaging is normal • Significant misalignment between how roles are presented and how they operate in practice, leading to unclear expectations and underutilisation of experience • Lack of clarity from the outset, including changes in reporting lines and responsibilities without proper communication • Reactive and inconsistent decision-making, with priorities frequently shifting and little continuity • Expectation of being constantly available, including out-of-hours communication, with little respect for boundaries • Lack of structured onboarding or support, making it difficult to build context and operate effectively • Overall environment is high-pressure, with limited focus on collaboration, respect, and employee wellbeing

Pros

Good pay, nice clothing allowance, great people at UK HQ. Fun working for this company.

Cons

I was the sole Manager in the US. With the time difference it was sometimes difficult to reach help at London HQ.

Pros

- Great team and people - The store is very busy during the sale - It's a small company, so you get to see how retail interacts with wholesale and PR

Cons

- Especially in the summer, it is very common that you will have to stay later than expected. - Unpaid
