Pros
The company does have a positive atmosphere at times and there are some good people working there. The company events are always pretty fun.
Cons
Where to start. Management had a complete disregard for mental health issues and would spend more time trying to wear you down than build you up. I had issues with how the company was run for graduates over a number of months and the issue was completely ignored. Many graduates would sit around doing absolutely nothing because the company hired too many people. Some teams were obviously more flexible and enjoyable to work than others - great if you have one of the few good managers who fight your corner, not so good if you have a bad manager. Lines of communication with my manager were non existent and they had a very dim view of mental health. One colleague I heard of said that there manager acknowledged the mental health issues in their appraisal yet said stuff like 'God you looked so miserable' and 'let's put things in perspective' - aka that it so BAD. Another colleague stated that they had an appraisal with another manager and they were bellowed at for not being good at their job despite that obviously not being the case. Company board go on about addressing the Gender Pay Gap to the company, when the board are 5 white men.
