Low pay (well below standard)
Low staff morale
Found out a long term staff member who always supported me was made redundant in December 2023 (along with others) and I didn’t get to say goodbye - this upset me a lot
No training
High staff turnover
No recruitment (unless top level as advertised) meaning all junior grades will be overworked
Change of toil policy to disadvantage certain disciplines
This has absolutely broken my heart writing this on a public forum. I have never done anything like this before. I have spoken to my people manager / HR / more senior staff including divisional director and I don’t feel I am listened to at all. I know from speaking to the divisional director they don’t like negative reviews on Glassdoor and I am happy to come forward and speak to HR if I thought it would make a difference but am afraid I would get a disciplinary.
