      Money can be good. Great Product.

      Cons

      No control over any aspect of the business anymore. You're Store Manager in title only this point. There are times you have to feed your team sales or you'll lose them, but this hurts your paycheck dramatically. No control over your schedule at all

      Pros

      Great amount of paid time off 80 hours of vacation 40 hours of Floating holiday (Same thing as vacation) 56 hours of sick time

      Cons

      They reduce your commissions based on hitting goal. I can sell 20 beds and get half that amount because the store is slow.
