      PTO that’s about it and benefits

      Cons

      Toxic work environment and will try to low ball you if you want to get into management. They play favoritism. Upper management doesn’t care to hear feedback and dismiss everything you say. HR department is non existent and new management vp and supervisors think they’re the best thing since sliced bread. They don’t like if you know the business better than they do and don’t like being proven wrong even if you have the facts to back it up. They treat you like you’re just a dumb salesman who’s clueless.

      Money can be good. Great Product.

      Cons

      No control over any aspect of the business anymore. You're Store Manager in title only this point. There are times you have to feed your team sales or you'll lose them, but this hurts your paycheck dramatically. No control over your schedule at all
