      Pros

      The company blew really fast so as someone that was a part of the early hires for the international staff, the benefits were great.

      Cons

      Though it positions itself as an international company, the work culture is very Chinese. They works hard, long hours and the competition amongst staff is heavy!

      Pros

      Fully remote and decent salary. Lot's of opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Zero lanes of ownership, all BDMs can/are going after the same products. Not uncommon to connect with people only to find out they've already spoken or began working with another contact. No universal CRM access or internal tools to track trends or leads. Everything is done individually (i.e. personal Excel trackers) and competition is very high.
