Pros

Possibility to travel. Some exciting projects

Cons

Mediocre management, with no further aspiration than their self-promotion. Career development is up to you and your ability to suck up. Most managers do not promote career growth as if they did, they would loose the people who make them look good without having any particular set of skills. Ergo, the company promotes those employees who are willing to just obey orders, and have qualified people do they dirty work for them. Weird “meritocracy”. HR is full of BS, with great ideas that actually never reach the real employee. I just stay here because I need the pay, but if I had an option, I would run away from this very toxic environment. I have voiced this opinions openly both to managers and HR reps, only to have them label me as “being conflictive” for expressing views and idea which might be slightly different from what they were “instructed” to do. No self-criticism whatsoever, and they act all surprised when talented people just leave, sometime even without a new job.

Pros

Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

Cons

Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
