Pros
The very first possitive point is: whoever works in Tenaris, feels proud about it. It's a great company, professional and meritocrat. It's most important goal is to developits employees and that's seen daily. Extremely professional processes and challenging projects.
Cons
It's an extremely bureaucrat company, where hierarchy is extremely marked. People in leadership roles have been in the company for many years and are used to do things in certain ways. Sometimes, it's difficult to change some things. The workload is intense.
