      There are so many opportunities to grow within the company, lots of support with training and resources for employees that are willing to take these. Support from managers to keep growing within the company.

      Long hours, fast-paced environment. The job can be stressful if no proper time management is implemented by the employee

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
