      Workload can be too much sometimes, pay between departments can be unfair, culture different that normal (can be negative), work life balance affected

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
