      Has great people that care about its workers.

      Cons

      We should not work on the weekend if we work 60 hours a week. 12 hours a day for the week is reasonable service.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
