      Pros

      Freedom to choose the projects you want to work on, flexible program, decent compensation and benefits, the evaluation process works great

      Cons

      In maintenance you can’t be sure your weekend will be free, if there is an intervention and you are needed you have to be there. Having 4 evaluations in 2 years and only 2 raises it’s not that great (every evaluation should be followed by a raise in salary).

      Pros

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
