      -Good Salary ($1500 dlls per month st first year) -A lot of benefits more than the legal ones -Very high PTU -Strong values in the company -Very stable -Flexible time and one day home office for administrative positions

      Cons

      -Time demanding. Up to 12 hours per day 6 day for floor positions -50 hours per week at least -Exploting when they need to finish something fast -Need more worklife balance

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
