They are so farsighted that even when they are drowning they will not let their ego go. Employees are treated with zero respect or compassion. Only when they want to put you in a spot is when they will massage your ego. And it is so fake and evident that a two-year-old will understand. No sense of running an organisation. No perks or benefits to employees. In fact, basic amenities in office are unavailable. Your salary will be deducted if you come late to work. But no heed will be paid when you will be working late nights every single day. Work from homes is more tiring because the reporting manager will call and micromanage you so that you cannot even breath. If you join this company not only will you lose your personal life but also your peace. They take pride in keeping employees on their toes and making employees feel bad at a drop of a hat.
