Where does one begin ! If you are looking to learn and work, run in the opposite direction! Worst management possible. The founder has no clue what's happening at the workplace. The person running the show is a pain in the wrong place with no idea of what to do or how to do it. They have a history of not paying out people who work for them. Oh, and the reviews you see are obviously seeded to make them look good. Horrible place to work. The brands listed out have nothing good to tell about the company except for the workforce - the account managers who slogged to keep the accounts (are not given their due) and the managers who work behind the faces - the founder and his sidekick (could be the other way around). They will always blame you for everything that's going wrong. Unhealthy work life. Worst place to work! And the investors should also take cue from the bad reviews. A company with unhappy workforce is a sinking ship. Leave!

A) Management - is the most illogical, deceptive bunch of frauds. They will never let you achieve what you want to. Demotivating and discouraging employees is their favorite hobby. Making you feel like you know nothing when it is vice-versa is the set agenda. They are a bunch of merciless (especially the "know it all") who finds pleasure in seeing employees slog, be in a horrible mess. In fact, they conspire against employees to make them feel bad. Workwise they cannot make any headway or deliver but they can strategize to demotivate, mess personal life, careers, everything for employees. The management of the company has no power. Is oblivious to things happening in the company. And is far away from reality. Has no clue of what is going on in the organization but definitely loves to give into the one that claims to "run the show" pleasure of tampering with employees situation at work B) CLIENTS - they have a bunch of good clients to lure candidates and other clients to sign up with them. But everything is short-lived. None of the clients is happy. All client activities are executed in a firefighting mode, last minute to be precise. They overpromise clients and deliver zilch. They lose clients by each clock tick. The ones that are still existing are either stuck with them or have learned to threaten these guys to constantly detach (and get their work done) C) WORK CULTURE - THAT WORD DOES NOT EXIST IN THIS COMPANY. You are a slave here. You are expected to just be there even if your house is burning. D) EMPLOYEE TREATMENT - the worst ever. People are hired and if you do not comply with the RIGHT HAND who claims to know it all but is actually nothing but a dunce, YOU WILL BE ILL-TREATED or fired. The love for dumb people is so high that a dumb person can get away with murder here. Whereas, someone who actually knows the work is constantly made to feel small. You will constantly be snubbed at, made to feel worthless even when you are making a point. The sidekick takes pride in feeling intelligent in front of dumb people. E) OFFICE ENVIRONMENT - negative is also an understatement. The organization has no money even for basics like tea, coffee! F) SALARY - never comes on time. They don't have money most of the time. Always questionable whether it will come at all.
