      Pros

      - unlimited PTO and wellness time off - decent health insurance - some of the people there are a joy to work with

      Cons

      - no longer matches on 401k until 2027 - want a work-life balance? You have to earn it in 2027 - the execs don't care about their employees - replacing everyone with artificial intelligence or as it's called, the North Star of the company - reeducation in staff with increased workloads
