Tip-outs are extremely high, no matter how hard you work; things are always and will always be your fault, a very stressful and toxic work environment; getting double, triple, or quadruple sat is a daily occurrence. Manager Molly creates a very toxic and uncomfortable work environment and is a PRIMARY reason for the heavy turnover rate at the cafe.
