Benefits and nice environment overshadowed by toxic management

benefits for full-time workers, a comfortable uniform, an aesthetic and pretty work environment

Cons

FAVORITISM!!! Tip-outs are extremely high, no matter how hard you work; things are always and will always be your fault, a very stressful and toxic work environment; getting double, triple, or quadruple sat is a daily occurrence. Manager Molly creates a very toxic and uncomfortable work environment and is a PRIMARY reason for the heavy turnover rate at the cafe.

Significant pay decrease from 17%-12%. Pretty much expected to do the jobs of multiple other people Have to take over the bar frequently and do tasks that are not relevant to our role Pay is very inconsistent and not worth it for the amount of work that is done.

Management making your life hell for one screw up, Fall sick? you're fired. Not energetic enough, pink slip. You have college or other major life happenings and cant work that day? pink slip. Someone failed their semester because they would get booked back to back even though they already said they were doing college. We went through 10 servers, chefs, and bussers in around 4 months. They will outline how you have to work nearly perfect, and if you don't that's on grounds for termination
