Pros
It's pretty to look at. But that's the only positive thing about it.
Cons
People quit constantly so they're understaffed all the time and you will do the job of 2-3 people, always being asked to do more, do other people's jobs, come in earlier, take menu tests on your own time, all for little or no pay. The corporate culture is smothering - tons of rules - new ones every day - with managers micromanaging everything you do at all times. No breaks, eat standing up in a hallway when you get a meal at the end of the day if you get one at all, and the pay is a joke. If you don't mind being talked down to, belittled, and paid less than $15 per hour for working your butt off, then this might be the place for you. But if you value your self esteem, move on. This is not the place for you.
