No proper company policy I have seen husband and wife working in the same team no interview process for them. All relatives of the employee are working there it's a small AP Can see HRs coming and going, No value for your work For ladies if you get conceived they will throw you out the company No proper infrastructure will ask you to work on weekend no proper interview process Bad salary package
