1 .As this is a service company , limited scope of learning.No work on current technologies .
No system to have sessions on various things they are working on . If you are new to project learn by yourself. For freshers training is worst as possible ,

2. Mainly focuses on companies growth , finish assigned tasks, meet deadlines . No focus on employees individual growth . They don't care about your issues . As soon as work finishes you are nothing for them
3.HR management is pathetic , no one to one meetings, no activities , no HR related work in time
4. Except your salary no other benefits , no team outings, no gettogether, they will not spend single penny outside your salary on you .
5.They will move you in different projects whether your profile matches or not , you are comfortable or not . They just have to make there client happy
And when works come that is on you , how you finish

8 Mainly company is managed by 4-5 people and they will make changes as they wish , managers are generally scared to finish projects or they have to bear the burden /shouting from top sitting people
9. Telugu people can feel like home , as everyone talks in there mother tongue . Even in meetings, they will start discussing in there language you are getting it or not that's your issue.
Overall not a good company to atleast start your career. Please join only if you don't have other opportunities.
