Cons
High employee turnover due to extremely poor management style. Several rude/inapropriate comments made to me by my manager. Extremely unfair and uneven pay across the company, which took 2 years to 'fix'. Sales thought of as gods and everyone else as machines for the event. AI to monitor everything. Several occasions of cost-cutting in crucial areas to spend it on irrelevant things. Company will cut costs anywhere and everywhere and make jobs harder by doing so but expect more output. CEO single-handedly ruined almost all events by demanding random expenses. Is pretty out of touch but dictates everything. Only really cares about looking good on LinkedIn and balance sheets.
