- Only for those who are willing to work 24x7 - Will prefer TVM office obviously over Kochi. Because on the management part hierarchy is clearly visible. - Need to bring 10x value. And should be ready to train yourself. Trainers will be there but won’t help you out really. Because there is no structured programme - Hard to get a pay raise if you are not ready to actively involve in the office dramas.

The team was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. I got to work on real projects, received constructive feedback, and learned a lot about design processes and tools. The work culture is friendly, inclusive, and focused on growth.
