      Cons

      -Work pressure is too much to handle Senior level is a gentle men's group. You will have to be on their good books one way or another - only suited for freshers and workaholics. Work life balance is non existent

      -Follows current trends -Ability to scale as an individual contributor -Only recommended for interns or freshers. If you believe you’ve good skills, train on yourself to make a good impression. Because the way you treat and how close you are with senior management (leadership team) will bring and provide the benefits you expected.

      Cons

      - Only for those who are willing to work 24x7 - Will prefer TVM office obviously over Kochi. Because on the management part hierarchy is clearly visible. - Need to bring 10x value. And should be ready to train yourself. Trainers will be there but won’t help you out really. Because there is no structured programme - Hard to get a pay raise if you are not ready to actively involve in the office dramas.
