Worst company culture I've ever experienced - Business Development Manager Tesco Employee Review

Management from Lead levels upwards. Not commercial at all. Complete micro-managers. Accuse you of being 'negative' when highlighting risks and then refuse to acknowledge their ignorance when said risks occur. Leads claim to care about your "well being" and "mental health" whilst ignoring they are such huge contributors to the demise of it. I would not recommend Tesco Marketplace to my worst enemy.
