Pros
I can't think of any apart from I suppose they do pay albeit not very well when you take into consideration that breaks are unpaid. Oh and the uniform washes well.
Cons
Poor management. Disciplinaries given for stupid reasons. No communication between management and staff. Unpaid breaks. Staff concerns disregarded.
