Quality of new hires in past 1-2 years is really good Cab facility Flexible timing Great campus Having a day care within campus is awesome for parents Competitive pay for new hires to fight the market standards
Cons
1. Long timer people are getting less value. 2. Strict 2 weeks in fact 10 days agile practice. Lot of workload. 3 Employee monetary recognition is very low 4. Insecure place at times because fire is common based on performance and other factors. 5. Highly political place in management level 6. Good people managers are rare 7. Celebration outing within team is very occasional.
