can be active and helps you get your steps in, independence to do your work alone, somewhat flexible if you have colleagues who are happy to cover/swap shifts
Cons
can be unsocial at times as you have to work late until 10/11pm depending on your contracted hours. some of the vans have not been maintained as well as they can be must be comfortable driving a big van in all kinds of roads and weather, limited routes for progression and hard to change shifts once started.
