Cons
There are constant reorgs and new leadership brought in and the whole culture has shifted to be toxic. What started as an amazing company full of vibrant collaborative people who worked well together to make a difference in the world, has rapidly changed in the past year. All previous leadership has been let go or left and been replaced with leadership who is egotistical and values competition and pitting us against each other to get us to work harder. It's led to increased negativity and undone much of the team dynamic we had in place. Each of the reorgs has also been unsettling as you never know where you're going to end up. They come with changes in titles, responsibilities, compensation, and team dynamics - without input from those of us impacted.
