Limited long‑term planning creates uncertainty. Tools and documentation need more standardisation. Career progression pathways not always clear.

There continues to be great clients here and interesting projects - that's literally the only reason I haven't left yet.

Despite a mostly all woman management team the problematic males who are walking workplace problems remain and even got promoted. Management didn't even want to deep dive into these individual despite numerous anonymous issues with their behaviour towards women. So sad that these people can remind hidden without proper scrutiny into their personal behaviour towards females colleges. Outside of them, who knows what this company is anymore, what we do or who we do it for. Its a shame how a great business can be destroyed by bad people and process.
