Despite a mostly all woman management team the problematic males who are walking workplace problems remain and even got promoted. Management didn't even want to deep dive into these individual despite numerous anonymous issues with their behaviour towards women. So sad that these people can remind hidden without proper scrutiny into their personal behaviour towards females colleges. Outside of them, who knows what this company is anymore, what we do or who we do it for. Its a shame how a great business can be destroyed by bad people and process.

Once a great reputation, most good people are long gone. Clients know there are better options. The treatment of staff by new management is disgraceful.
