      I worked more on the research and development side and enjoyed some very interesting projects.

      Communication with the engineering team was not always complete and priority shifts continually occured.

      Smart, passionate people who care about the company's mission.

      Cons

      When Rob Hoyt ran the company (before ARKA purchased TUI), the company did better. The ARKA purchase did not go well. Chronically understaffed; PMs ended up doing Finance, Contracts, PM, BD, and intermittently backfilled the one overworked Scheduler. Not enough Engineers (all disciplines) to staff programs per awarded schedules.
