Remote work with decent pay, but layoffs are sudden - Designer Tetra Tech Employee Review

Big pay $45/hr, great benefits for entry level job, I just graduated college

Everything is awesome and splendid

Immediate coworkers and supervisors were serious and supportive. As a junior employee, it was a great opportunity to learn from them. I was incentivized to develop, seek mentors, and learn new skills. Transparency within the team was excellent. Very happy to have opened my career-switch at Tetra Tech.

Sometimes disorganized. Difficult to work with other internal entities. Mediocre pay. Became difficult to compete on projects.
