Pros
-used to be EBA, had a great reputation in the industry and excellent family friendly feel (work/life balance; understanding of family emergency; etc) -currently has management that is quite understanding of personal emergency (provided clear communication & updates) -encourages professional development (internal/online training), particularly in down time -encourages internal research & development projects (eligible for tax deduction)
Cons
-since transitioning entirely to Tt there has a been a significant change in the office dynamic; many people let go & rehired on contract; a real sense that the people here are now just numbers to the greater (American) corporation -no raises; bonuses; encouragement from greater corporate - this has lead to an exodus of many intermediate and senior people (in addition to those laid off) and an over arching feeling of dread in the office
