Cons
- “Death by Timesheet” culture that arrives with the new American owners. - Accountancy/ Finance driven and dominated decision making process from the Senior Leadership Team, none of whom are fee earning, work-winning or indeed Client-facing! - Risk averse SLT in the extreme to the point that they turn superb work away as they don’t believe in or trust and empower their staff to deliver for their Clients. - American Corporate Consultancy giant culture being brought into play by owners TetraTech who are still making their mind up what to do with the business and how to change it to what they want to do. - Appalling pay rises- lack thereof- to high performing teams who repeatedly delivered for them, and definitely one rule for certain parts of the business that had the CEO’s ear, than for others.
