Pros
There are opportunities to become exposed to a huge variety of projects and clients, and you will face unique challenges along the way. The job can be demanding and stressful but at the end of the day it feels rewarding. The management at a local level is phenomenal and the office atmosphere is superb. It really is a great bunch of peers to have.
Cons
Vacation/sick days/holiday policy leaves something to be desired. Sometimes the work load is too high and stress levels can become overbearing. Burnout is a real danger until coping and stress management strategies are learned. Time reporting and utilization benchmarks are a near constant stress. Pay seems low and raises/promotions can take a long time to acquire.
