      Office snacks/coffee are always good. Good company events (lunches, parties, etc) Good benefits

      Cons

      Salary is relatively low No natural progression from engineer to management, management positions are typically for project managers (some exceptions)

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
