Pros
-Easy work, if you can follow simple instructions.
Cons
-Extremely strict and rules/guidelines seemed to change as much as the weather does. -Workplace was hostile, multiple people walked off the job after arguments, including supervisors. -You are required to use your own vehicle and are not reimbursed for mileage, even though their paperwork has miles in/out implying they used to pay it. Most people here are using about $100-150 for gas every week. -They claim it is a drug free work place but almost half of the temps are high all day, received many complaints from contract workers and DOT about it. Not a single drug test to my knowledge. -Very unorganized and under prepared for a wide variety of situations. -Expectation is you work every day for 12 hours, and that is the only way to make money because the base pay is $13/h (OT 19.50/h). This is wildly lower than the reported range of $22-33/h.
