Pros
The team I was on had an excellent management structure, and valued professional development and creating a supportive work environment. I really enjoying working my colleagues. Because this is a global company, I would expect culture to vary across teams and offices.
Cons
TT is a large-scale company, so expect some bureaucracy and are occasional inefficiency or restrictions (e.g. strict salary bands, some challenges with insurance). This did not deter from the overall work experience.
