Pros

Benefits are good but not good enough to put up with the cons.

Cons

Too many unnecessary meetings. Frivolous culture driven meetings and activities on top of that. Texans causes too much stress and burnout. Everything is in a constant state of change and has been for years with no end insight. Toxic positivity culture. Senior leaders are out of touch. Several toxic senior leaders and no one to report it to without fear of retaliation or lack of confidentiality. Feedback is not valued. Strong performers are not recognized unless favored. Not all groups are treated equally.

Pros

-CEO and VP make a constant effort to stay engaged and familiar with ALL staff -Company culture is highly emphasized on with multiple events planned each year for staff if not, monthly. -Work life balance is recognized -Changes continuously being made to benefit employees and members

Cons

-Company experiencing “growing pains” specifically when it comes to systems (needs major clean up), onboarding/offboarding and resource documentation -Training sessions throughout the year seem to be drawn out and could be condensed into one day vs. 2-3 days -Communication between departments on changes that affect one another needs improvement
