      proximity to city, near lots of amenities

      Cons

      Horrible management, mediocre benefits, all departments are always spread thin - understaffed and overworked. Absolutely NO career movement at these jobs.

      Pros

      The management and the people you work with are great. Plano TX is a great place and is constantly growing. Patients really love their doctors here, and that means a lot.

      Not always going to get competitive pay...
