      Pros

      Most of the physicians are good to work with and treat their staff well

      Cons

      One of the senior surgeons is beyond difficult to work with. He does not treat with respect. One of the directors is very manipulative. She acts friendly to everyone so that she is liked but will stab you in the back if you disagree with her. She is not a good representation of the company but some how keeps getting promoted.

      proximity to city, near lots of amenities

      Cons

      Horrible management, mediocre benefits, all departments are always spread thin - understaffed and overworked. Absolutely NO career movement at these jobs.

      Pros

      Wonderful physicians and providers who collaborate ideas together. They really work to stay on top of best surgical interventions and non surgical options for each patient.

      Cons

      Top management does not provide positive leadership and middle management is overworked to the point they cannot train incoming personnel.
