      Pros

      The pay was good for what I was hired to do. The corporate office location was easy to get to in north Arlington.

      Cons

      The company has good intentions/mission/vision but does not put the right people in management to follow thru. Either you are "in" and treated great or "out" and can do nothing right. It is a very stressful place to work.

      Teams are helpful, engaged in the right reasons for health care

      Politics!! Lots of drama, and directors and above grew up there so less innovative.
