Owners micromanage. It's the worst feeling.

pretty easy-going environment, other than the micromanagement from ownership.

Ownership is harsh and micromanaging, though they know very little about the industry as a whole. Must be willing to switch roles at the drop of a hat, as they are very poorly managed and will make you take over any other role whether it relates to you or not when they suddenly fire half of their staff. The ownership and much of leadership shows clear racism.
