Ownership is harsh and micromanaging, though they know very little about the industry as a whole. Must be willing to switch roles at the drop of a hat, as they are very poorly managed and will make you take over any other role whether it relates to you or not when they suddenly fire half of their staff. The ownership and much of leadership shows clear racism.

Unreal business sense. Take advantage of the employees and don’t provide incentives to work hard. Get ready to work holidays with no holiday pay. Nothing is enough. A lot of oversight and micromanaging to solve unsolvable business problems. Be prepared to be let go even if you have worked your butt off for them for months.
